Armor of God

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. — Ephesians 6:11

When we are under spiritual attack, we must put on all of God's armor. We can learn from Paul's teaching that we cannot withstand the attack on our own. We must trust in the power of God and obey his commands by being faithful in all circumstances. One of our biggest problems is that we try to confront spiritual matters physically. Instead of "putting on" the armor of God, we attempt to solve our issues with our wisdom, means and seek guidance from secular assistance.

The Well Church, let us grow in faith by trusting in God, even in difficult times. Let us put on the whole armor of God in faith. As the Apostle Peter writes,

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. -- 1 Peter 5:7

Jesus cares for you — let us trust Him.
