All-Knowing God

Nathanael said to him, "How do you know me?" - John 1:48a

After meeting Jesus for the first time, Nathanael asks him, "How do you know me?" Jesus is omniscient, meaning he is all-knowing. Not only does He know the details of our lives, He knows our thoughts even before we speak them.

If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. - 1 John 3:20 (NIV)

Even before a word is on my tongue, behold, O LORD, you know it altogether. - Psalm 139:4

Brothers and sisters, our God is all-knowing. As the apostles prayed, "Lord, you know everyone's heart," let us come to God knowing that He is omniscient. How will God's omniscience change how you approach Him?
