But first, Jesus

This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him." - John 3:2

I don't know about you, but I often think, "If only I had a few extra hours a day." There seems to be not enough time to do everything we want to do in life. The to-do list and demand for our time from others appear to grow. And when we are in a busy season, it is essential to prioritize our tasks.

In our text today, Nicodemus comes to Jesus by night. He came to Jesus "by night" is less likely because of fear than a desire for an uninterrupted conversation. Meeting with Jesus was a priority for him. What about you? Is Jesus your priority? Do you put him first above all things?

The Well Church, when was the last time you blocked out time to pray, read, listen, love, and be loved by him? Let us make Jesus our priority today.
