Anointing Oil

"It is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes!" - Psalm 133:2

Today's text illustrates what it is like for God's people to live in unity. The anointing oil, which makes the priest holy by setting him apart, represents God's blessing and presence. God's people display genuine consecration when they live out their calling in unity. We see the abundance of God's blessing as the oil runs down from the head, beard, and clothes.

The Well Church, know that you are set apart as God's people. Let us experience His power in our lives as we live together in unity.
