Immutable God

"For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed. - Malachi 3:6

Our God does not change - in His essence, nature, character, and eternal purpose. What is right in God's eyes is always right, and what is wrong in His eyes is always wrong. We must be careful about how we read and interpret God's word.

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! - Isaiah 5:20

In an ever-changing world, many are challenging the view of the immutability of God each day, attempting to redefine what is good and evil. However tempting this may be, we must remember,

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. - Hebrews 13:8

The Well Church, let us take comfort in knowing that He is unchanging. There is no hope without His immutability!
