Grace upon Grace

For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. - John 1:16

Grace is God's unmerited favor that brings blessings and joy. The Apostle John says that Jesus gives grace "upon" or "in addition to" grace. Some translation renders "grace upon grace" as one blessing after another. God's grace is endless!

The Well Church, may you receive God's grace and mercy today. His grace and truth, also written as love and mercy in the Old Testament, never ceases. They are new every morning!

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness. - Lamentations 3:22-23
