Dwell in Unity
Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! - Psalm 133:1
Today's verse reminds us that when Christian brothers live in harmony, God is pleased. All believers are brothers in God's sight, whether rich, poor, male, female, free, or slaves. So, how can we live together in unity?
We must first see that our Triune God -- the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, -- live in perfect unity. The Holy Trinity is bound together in love. When God is the center of our lives, we are able to live in harmony. As the Apostle Paul encourages, unity requires effort on everyone's part.
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. - Ephesians 4:3 (NIV)
The Well Church, as God's children, let us make every effort to dwell in unity and please our Lord. What sacrifices can you make a difference in our church today? Let’s do this!
