Love One Another

And this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, "Who are you?" - John 1:19

People were noticing John the Baptist's ministry in the wilderness. The Book of Mark records that "all the country of Judea and all Jerusalem were going out to him" (Mark 1:5). And the priests and Levites want to know more about John. They wanted to know his testimony.

What is your testimony? Are people noticing that you belong to Jesus Christ? One way people will know that we belong to Jesus Christ is our love for one another. As John writes in chapter 13,

"A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you also must love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." - John 13:34-35

Brothers and sisters in Christ, let us demonstrate God's love to others as He has loved us. Who can you reach out to today?
