God's Masterpiece

"All things were made through him,  and without him was not any thing made that was made." - John 1:3

In John's prologue, he continues to speak about Jesus as Creator of all things. He makes the same point twice in today's verse. Positively, through him, Jesus created all things. Negatively, without him, nothing was created. Jesus is not a created being, a lesser god, nor a man. He is God, our Creator. Also, creation was not an accident, and, therefore, you are not an accident!

Brothers and sisters, as we meditate on today's verse, remember that you are God's masterpiece, his creation. Paul writes to the Ephesians,

"For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." - Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

Let us remember to pause and worship our God, our Creator.
