How well do you know Jesus Christ?

Being a Christian and disciple of Christ is more than knowing about Him; it is to know Him relationally and personally. Developing an authentic relationship requires personal interest and investment, and you cannot develop any relationship without spending quality time together. Additionally, trust must be the currency of a genuine relationship, which grows over time. The more you know Jesus, the more you trust Him.

But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.

Dear Church, let us intentionally spend time with Jesus every day. Would you be willing to set aside 9 minutes with Him daily? Whether reading and meditating on His Word, praying, or being still in His presence, I want to encourage you to spend time with Him. Jot down a word or phrase that describes your time with Him in your phone calendar or journal, and see how God is moving in your life. May you experience His transforming power as you spend time with Him.

But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
