Walk in the Light

I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. John 12:46-47

Today's text reminds us that Jesus Christ came into this world as a light to shine upon all who believe in Him and to guide them out of darkness. As followers of Christ, we are called to walk in the light and to share the light of Christ with others.

Let us remember that it is not enough to hear the words of Jesus, we must also keep them and live according to His teachings. Jesus did not come into the world to judge or condemn us but to save us. He wants us to turn away from our sins and to live a life that honors and glorifies Him.

Dear Church, let us pray that we may have the courage to walk in the light of Christ and share His love and teachings with others. May we find comfort in that Jesus came not to judge us but to save us.
