Believe Jesus

Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe on account of the works themselves. John 14:11

In today's verse, Jesus exhorts His followers to believe in the complete unity and indwelling presence of the Father within Him. Jesus affirms His divinity and invites us to a deeper understanding of the nature of God.

Jesus, as the Son of God, had a unique and intimate relationship with the Father. As we saw in Hebrews 1:3, He was the perfect reflection of the Father's love, wisdom, and power. Jesus demonstrated His unity with the Father through His words and deeds, revealing God's nature and character.

As believers, we are called to reflect the character of our Heavenly Father to the world around us. Our lives, words, and actions must bear witness to the reality of the God we serve, just as Jesus revealed the glory of the Father through His works.

Dear Church, let us not forget that as followers of Christ, we carry the presence of God within us through the Holy Spirit. May you point others to the Father by how you live out your calling as His child.
