Living in Abundance (2-Minute Devotional)

Israel is a luxuriant vine that yields its fruit. The more his fruit increased, the more altars he built; as his country improved, he improved his pillars.

Happy Monday!

As we begin our work week, let us remember that everything we have has come from God. Jesus said, "I am the true vine," so our fruit comes from God. Israel's mistake was misapplying God's blessings -- the more God gave, the more they walked away from God. Abundance is risky! The Well Church, let us pray that we would use the resources God has given us wisely. With the resources He has given us, let us defend the cause of the poor and needy (Jeremiah 22:16).
