Deception

Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers. —James 1:16

Happy Monday!

We are often led astray by lies and our sinful desires. As we begin our work week, let us hold on to the truth. Do not be deceived! Let us remember that we cannot save ourselves, as Isaiah writes,

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. —Isaiah 53:6

The Well Church, let us look to our Lord Jesus Christ, who bore our sin that we might become righteous.
