God's Love

The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. He found Philip and said to him, "Follow me." - John 1:43

In today's text, we see that Jesus' trip to Galilee was not a spur-of-the-moment trip. It had a purpose. Jesus decided to go to Galilee to find Philip as his disciple. According to the Apostle Paul, Jesus planned this before the foundation of the world. He states, 

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. - Ephesians 1:3–4a

The Well Church, before the creation, God thought of you and called you for a holy purpose! May you rejoice knowing that God loves you.
