Simple Faith

He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony. - John 3:32

Do you believe in the message of Jesus? According to Scripture, only those who believe can be saved from death. Even though many of us know that Jesus is the truth, we look elsewhere for the truth. It is hard to believe in Jesus and the Bible when we do not see immediate results and want instant gratification!

Brothers and sisters, what we need is faith in Jesus Christ. As the author of Hebrews writes,

"Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see ... And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him." - Hebrews 11:1, 6 (NLT)

Let us place our faith and hope in Jesus Christ alone in the trying times.
