What are you learning from God?

My child, pay attention to what I say.
Listen carefully to my words.
Don't lose sight of them.
Let them penetrate deep into your heart,
for they bring life to those who find them,
and healing to their whole body.
- Proverbs 4:20-22 (NLT)

Today's sermon title is What are you learning from God? and the question is a great mentoring question. How would you answer it? Many of us would not know how to respond to the question well. The Bible teaches us that we need to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ to hear from God. With that in mind, here are some questions that will help you focus on your relationship with Christ.

  • What Bible verses are you thinking about these days?

  • Who are you praying for these days?

  • What is happening in those moments when it is just you and God?

  • What is God like in your home?

The Well Church, as we reflect on these questions, let us make sure that we intentionally spend time with God, slowing down to pay attention to what He is doing. As mentioned in today's sermon, "You can hear Jesus only if you are taught by God." Let us set our eyes on Him and stay the course.
